13. Why are SSWIFT Dividends tax exempt?
There are two simple reasons why SSWIFT dividends are to be tax exempt.
     1. The citizen will have paid all taxes due on the money they use to make their voluntary or mandatory SSWIFT investments. This is exactly the same way that a citizen makes a contribution to a Roth IRA Account - they contribute money on which they have paid the taxes. Since the Roth IRA is designed to allow the citizen to withdraw all money tax exempt, because the taxes were paid on the incoming funds, the same provision for receiving the payment of SSWIFT dividends would apply.
  1. The dividends must be tax exempt because otherwise a citizen would receive a tax bill on their equal share of the dividends that were reinvested while they were ineligible to receive the dividends.
