    SSWIFT investments are in each participating corporation's single share of Superior Preferred Stock has only the risk of an individual corporation's failure. If that should occur SSWIFT would have first and superior claim on all the assets until the SSWIFT investment was satisfied.
   However, SSWIFT will only be investing in the 7800 corporations listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) and the NASDAQ. These collectively represent the "backbone" of American capitalism. Spreading the investment of America's citizens across this array of America's most successful businesses reduces the risk of SSWIFT investment to virtually zero.
   These corporations are the most closely regulated in the American business community. This regulation provides an added degree of security because all important financial information is by law a matter of public record and under constant scrutiny by the investing public.
